Abroad Job Scam — Missing Electronics Items in my DTDC Courier D61159371

Due to corona I had to vacate my room at Bangalore, my friend helped me courier my room things like Clothes, documents, mouse, shoes, head phones and chargers.

It was delivered 14th Oct, I did not open it for 3 days for it to sterlize and kept in sun. When opened I saw my headphone, mouse, shoes were missing. I sent a mail to DTDC support, it kept on bouncing back. I tried calling DTDC support but no one is picking up it is saying "Please wait one of the executive will attend". But No one picked it up for than 40 mins and the call gets cut.
Jabra head phone worth 6000Rs.
Lenovo Mouse worth 1200
Shoe worth 1800Rs.
Request to handover the items or compensate its worth.
