I am writing this complaint just to highlight the security inside the abt maruti guindy dint behave properly to me he told me to come out of the yard without any respect i told i have already booked and i came here to check the interior of my car
As a customer i have all the rights to go and check my car which is already registered on last wednesday
This kind of behaviour will make us to lose the respect on the reputed brand maruti
If actions are not take i will take this to head of maruti suzuki till i get the proper response

1 tea bag among 11 bags hasbeen damaged as it was delivered from coimbatore to thalassery. I have noticed there was a loss of teadust above 6 kg in the bag and since that bag has damaged, the quality of the teadust also affected.

The complaint authority in calicut through thalassery branch manager (Vinod kumar), i have got an open delivery and offered a compensation. So i expect to get the compensation as soon as possible.

Transported my bike from Coimbatore to Chennai in ABT parcel and had a worst experience. I was shocked to see many part (indicators, clutch, mirror, etc) of my bike to be broken and many scratches on the doom. It cost me more than transportation charge to replace the broken parts and I was not compensated for the same.
Though they collected unloading charges, they asked me to unpack the bike myself. Workers were not customer friendly.

A consignment of steel bar & Screws, weighing 8 Kg (Charged for 20Kg) as Rs 470/-, was booked through ABT Parcel service, vide shipment No 94082 dtd 4.05.2017 from BYND-Mumbai to KDGR -Kodungallur, Kerala.

Till today (19.05.2017-Friday), I have not received the shipment.

Please inform us when will I get this material, which is urgently needed at project site.

I shipped a battery operated vehicle from bangalore to kelambakkam (Chennai). When it arrived at the nearest office, the vehicle was damaged and roughly used. When the vehicle was shipped it was safely packed and covered. When i went to receive it, it was broken (Number plate, front light, break, and body). The service people took extra handling charges before the shipment and my vehicle was received in a bad condition.

I have sent my bike from Trivandrum to Bangalore on 09-May-2017. During the delivery they said it will reach within 3 days. Still I have not got my Bike. I called several times in ABT office they are saying it will deliver next day. Butnot yet delivered my consignment. For the website it is showing that my bike reached bangalore hub on 15-May-2017. While contacting the contact person they are behaving very rude.

I have send my bike from Chennai to Bangalore on 3rd of May 2017 and today when I checked the status of my shipment it says out for delivery at Bangalore Madiwla office.
I went to Madiwala office for pick up and the person there said sorry sir only the bill has arrived but not the item so please contact Mahadevpura branch the Bangalore head office and he said my vehicle is available there.
I told ok no problem I'll pick up from there directly and went to mahadevpura ABT head office at Bangalore and shocked to hear that my bike (Honda CBR) is missing.

I have paid 1600 for shipment and 200 for the guy who loaded the bike and now I had spend 4 hrs travelling and 400 for the taxi fare.
The answer is my bike is missing now they have asked for a days time to figure out where the item is being missed.

I request ABT head office to pitch into this issue and do the needful at the earliest or I will have to file a case againt this showing the necessary recorded incident.

We booked 43 boxes to Pharmacy Service, Vellore, on 20.04.17 L.R.No. TCRK 56726, the items are at Salem 20 Boxes and in Vellore 23 Boxes. The conserved person neglected the urgency of the same. It is for Hospital Use. It is very important to supply before the due date as the purchase order demands the due date. We are talk to your Thrissur, Alway, Salem, and Vellore persons, but no positive response. Your Vellore phone switched off now. Please take immediate action.

I Anisha Richard, would like to complaint a register regarding parcel service done by ABT parcel company .I received the parcel, unicon byke from kumily, kerala in mumbai office with damage of the front part.Parcel item was send with out any damage to the vehicle to mumbai from kumily kerala agent from ABT.I request to refund the amount of the damage parts or else return the 50%amount paid in ur office.

I am using idea networkand kept mnp to bsnl whichis my home network but the service provider had not given any clearness for me for my porting they called me I answered I want to changed they told ok but not given thenecessary step to change the network I wait for 15 days and all my money and porting code were waste again I repeated the entire process but now I not even got the call from the Executive also this time

With reference to above lr ref. 2 parcels booked from surat to ambattur on 29.9.16, after 10 days we received the consignment on 11.10.16 but out of 2 parcel we have received 1 parcel only. we have not got any proper reply about my another one parcel.

I got a complaint no. from branch but there is no proper response from them.

As this consignment having cloth items, i purchased those for diwali fuction. now they are telling that they are unable to locate the 1 parcel.

I badly need that parcel, pls. respond me immediately.

I parcel my bike from kochi to bangalore on 5th october and they promise the delivery within five days. I was calling the whitefield office to inquire about the arrival of my bike and they were trying to avoid my call by saying some "pooja" going on at the office. Finally, after some rough conversations the office man says the bike is arrived. When i pick it today (11/10/16) at 2. Pm i found they handled my bike so carelessly and badly damaged. The front brake liver was broken, silencer pipe was bend, two indicators were damaged. The man at office was refused to give me the complaint book saying that the damage claim will take five days to rectify and he will not give the delivery. However i receive my bike and repair it on my side and i am going to put this review in every site possible.

Transported this two wheeler from madurai to hosur. While unloading found the petrol tube was disconnected and left as it is. Then when i tried to fill petrol at filling station found petrol was totally flashing out. Checked with bajaj service centre and found tube disconnected and minimum level petrol was stolen. Someone stole petrol and left the tube disconnected.

A parcel had been booked by m/s. sanke pumps, at abt, avadi branch vide way bno. 348376 dt.[protected] from avadi to rasipuram. actually the consignment to be booked up to salem - shevapet. but the staff wrongly booked to rasipuram as per our invoice address.
We also asked the staff to make a note in such a way the material to be deliverd at salem. on enquiy with the staff at avadi, we came to know that the material will be available for us at salem on[protected].
When enquired today at salem, we came to know that the material still lying at avadi branch, and when enquired with them they are telling vehicle not received from guindy, today we will dispatch and can receive at[protected].

For getting immediate delivery of material we choose abt, but we feel sorry to say that our choice was wrong after seeing this incident. (nearly 5 days) to get material from chennai to salem.
In 5 days time we are getting material from gujarat itself which is very far than chennai.

Kindly arrange to get us the material immediately. as we are loosing our production due to non receiving of the machinery spares.

We had send parcel of scooty (Pleasure) on 27/05/2016 i. E friday from porbandar to ahmedabad. On next day we reached kalupur station, ahmd parcel office at 12 pm to pick up the parcel. But it was not reached there still. Then madam replied that it reached at bombay by mistake and she told that you will get it after 2-3 days. We call at porbandar parcel office to mr. Nasim (Ph.[protected]). He told that "go to parcel office, ahmd only after i call u".
Then he called us on 30/05/2016 i. E monday at 5 pm and told that go tomorrow to take the parcel. Then we reached there today i. E 31/05/2016 at 11 pm. They took charges of rs 459 from us for late receiving and she behaved unethically with us. Please take necessary actions against this lady and do needful and give us refund if possible.

I have requested Literature for free distribution from IBL Chennai by online. One Lady staff from parcel office informed to me by Landline on 21 st saying that, we are from ABT, you have parcel. and cut the phone. They did not inform office address or any details. I got the ABT parcel office phone number from Internet and contacted. From 5 Road ABT Parcel office in charge Person said, Here we have 5 office, without your consign number we can't find. so i was waiting for their phone call, but no information. at last on[protected] Ganesan phoned, you come and collect your parcel its laying here for long time .so I asked all details and went to the office for collecting the literature . when i saw it was booked on[protected] from Chennai ABT parcel office. it was reached at Salem on[protected] . After i have signed and about to take literature, they asked to pay Rs.400/ . I asked that this was already paid.what reason i need to pay? Kavitha the lady staff who said this was for rental charge. I said it was your mistake, you did not inform me office address or any details.but she talked roughly and said if you won't pay money i will send back the materials.Then i said I will talk to Ganesan who is in-charge for that office. I called him 4 times but he did not pick up the mobile.
Then I compliant to their Head office in Coimbatore, and explained everything they also talked to Salem staffs.They told me that It was their mistake at least you pay some amount and take the materials.
when i went to that parcel office in the evening, Ganesan talked very roughly and shouted. asked to pay Rs.250/for rental charge If you not pay i will send back that material. because ABT office not paying rent or even phone charge. That's what we are collecting from people.After long argument i paid Rs.200/ and i collected my materials.
It was very bad, staff's are very rough no respect for the customer. They don;t have any manners or common sense. Ganesan No:[protected]. dear people Don't book any parcel on ABT. money minded people, not bothering about people.

We booked two packages from madhavaram chennai to patel road coimbatore. Booking date 4.04.2016 till i didn't receive my consignment i have asked to deliver separate vehicle and i ready to pay for it but no response. (Packages will reached at arrasur)in coimbatore head office they gave mr annamalai mob number i called him at 12.00pm he said give me 30 mins i call u and confirm the delivery time after that i called he didn't attend my call after 1.30 pm he's number was switched off then i called head office they give mr thastageer mob number i called frequently 5 more times he's also attend my call .Our workers 7 mem came from chennai they are simply sitting for two days.I don't know what to do when i get my materials. ???

I have a complaint against the ABT, Bangalore branch, Hosur road.
On Mon 18 Jan, 2016, i have given my bike for transfer to my kerala home.
They have charged Rs: 3500 from me but given bill (WB#875166) for only 3042.
Also the delivery date given was 20th Jan but till now i have not got my consignment. While enquiring, i got to know that the parcel is still at aluva hub and according to the aluva branch people, they could not send today because of no space in the truck.
this is very loose and un professional service from ABT. I will not prefer ABT service again.

I booked an a parcel from Trivandrum to Bangalore on[protected]. and I paid 700 for Home delivery. [protected] Saturday I got a call from ABT Person from Bangalore and he asking about how to reach?, that time am told am not in city please come on[protected] Monday. But They not delivered on Monday. when I call on Monday they will tell 12 PM, 2PM, 4 PM, 6 PM... After that[protected] am told if you cant deliver please inform I will take from your office. they promise surly they will deliver on that day. finally one person come with my parcel in 4.30PM. After Getting my Delivery signature He give me another bill and asking 200 Rs Extra for delivery. And he shouting much sound. I told I will never give any more money. He behaving like a rowdy and made more noise in front of my apartment. I didn't given more money. But he damaging my name in my place, people think am not paid some thing. The Stupid Delivery man Number is [protected]. Please Never deal with ABT Parcel. Un trustable Company.

Sir, I am from Christ School, Anjugramam, Kanyakumari. Two months before covenant publishers sent a parcel to our school. since it wont reached after one month we searched the phone number of ABT parcel service, Nagararaja coil Nagarcoil from internet. They told that it didn't reached their. Within this time we called 9 times, but we didn't get any good response from the office. Today they found the parcel and they sent a postal card that i have to pay the rent of the warehouse... its absolutely the fault of your office at nagarcoil. they are now telling new stories to cover up their fault.
