Dear Sir,
I had purchased 2 RX KBF Sunsation G Crizal UV lenses of your company from M/s Mall Chashma Ghar, Gorakhpur(UP) Contact No [protected], e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com through Invoice No 1985 Dated 04.11.2023. But I am very sorry to say that your product is not upto the mark as compared to their higher prices. The lenses are full of scratches in a very short period o[censored]se whereas they are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of their purchase. For this problem when the concerned dealer was contacted, they refused to give any claim/services on this particular product. This behaviour of your dealer does not match with the reputation of your Company.
You are requested to look into the matter and make replacement of my lenses as guarantee period of one year is expiring very soon.

    I recently brought a cryzal lens and after few days use the brand name has showed off which is right in the middle of my eye balls and us sort of disturbing my vision and an irritation for me.

        Scratch on Lenses

        I got crizal preventia scratch resistant lenses and in 5-6 months, it developed scratches. Informed Shop - Mayo & Clinic but they not providing any help with replacement although crizal website confirms 2 year warranty. Please help. It's an expensive progressive lenses of 22, 000....

        Spot ,scratched and blurry vision

        Please note that I have purchased my crizal prevencia lens from SUPREME OPTICS on 12 Auguest 2023.

        However on month of jan and Feb I have found Some spot and scartches and blur vision in my spectacles.

        I visited to my optician it is SUPREME OPTICS located in mumbai kalbadevi., and I explained my issue.Before heared my issue he judge me that I use my spectacles with rough use or improper handling.br...

        Hi Team

        I have purchased the crizal preventia 1.56 lens in the month of march 2023 at fokus eye hospital a unit of surekha hospital at kompally hyderabad.
        After 8 months I have noticed a spot in the center of both the lens. It made my screen time difficult I have to work 9 hrs per day with this lens i'm unable to see the screen properly even for a minute.

        I have approached the hospital staff to replace the lens. They are asking me to buy new lens. They are not even bothered about the customers complaint.

        What is the use of buying a branded expensive lens with a cheap quality not even working properly, just in 8 months the lens are useless.

        How come a brand can cheat the customers with cheap quality products and can survive long in this industry.

        I' m expecting my lens should be replaced or get a refund.

        Please do the needfull.

          Glasses coat has came out

          I had purchased 2 pairs of crizal lenses /spectacle frame from
          Smart eye spectacle shop . The coating on the lenses have came out when i complained to the shop keeper he said the company would not do anything about it he dint take efforts in it
          The age of the lens is only 1.5 years and the coat coming off is not good as you are a reputed company in the industry
          I am facing alot difficulties to see via those glasses...

            Dear Sir,
            We have purchased your company lense vide PID: RX[protected] Dated 28/03/22. From few months I am facing glass problems, regarding this I had contacted the shopkeeper as well where I have purchased my spectacle. He said that the UV coating of the lense had got damaged and refused to take any responsibility and said that it's company's problem. It's so surprising that world class reputaded lense brand is providing poor quality of lenses to their customers. Please advise us what can I do regarding this complaint ? Either you replace my lense or then I'll have to take some legal actions.

              Sir i made my eye glass from optical store, opposit bank of maharastra, kalwar road, jaipur, rajasthan pin-302012 on dated[protected], after some time i saw some scratch on glass then i contact to store owner he told me their is no problem this kind of scratch general problem, i continue used the same glasses but from last 2 months i feel pain in my eye, i dont understand the resone but after more painful problem i went another glass vendor near my residence, he told me your glass coating damaged, i ask him how is possible then he told me this is quality problem. You talk to direct company, in thsi connection i am enclosing some photo graph of my glass and crizal card which are provided me by the dealer.

                    LENSES PR/VX PROGRESSIVE screen scratch and rough within 11 months.
                    I had purchased this lenses from FORESIGHT OPTICAL BELGAUM KARNATAKA on 21/06/2022 and the surface of lenses has become very rough like a patch and the shop owner is not entertaining me. Please replace the lenses as it is still under warranty

                              I have purchased spectacles with crizal lens from Opium store in Hyderabad's Sarath City mall on 20th September 2022.(with 1 year warranty) Within 1 month I can see prominent lens peeling on the lens which makes me unable to see clearly which puts strain on my eyes. When I visited Opium store they are not at all listening. So unprofessional behavior. Attaching the invoice and the photo of defected lens. Looking forward for your prompt response.

                                This is with regard to the complaint of Crizal lenses which were taken on 21/10/2020 from Patel Chasma Ghar Chandkheda Ahmedabad. The coating over the glass of lenses has been degraded significantly at the border location of all sides . Due to this the viewing vision is not clear and it is also affecting the eyes health .
                                I request you to kindly look at the matter genuinely at solve the issue at early. I reported this issue to the vendor but they have refused to solve.
                                I expect from being a reputed quality company that the positive solution must come by the replacement of lenses.
