Lr no 908278 booked from bangalore to chennai they charged 935 and collected additionally 375 rs saying that they will repack again. Booked at abt parcel service dooravani ngr opp to kr puram station no bill for this. Again at chennai pallavaram, chennai they collected 200 as bribe to handover goods no bill was given. Way bill no.924259; my vehicle shifted from bangalore to coimbatore. Arasur branch. My vehicle got damaged badlly and the manager moorthy and employee senthil behaves very worst. I would like you to take necessary action to avoid this kind of esclation. Readers : i would request you people please dont send any courier via abt parcel service. Worst in packing and worst behavior.

    I have booked my vehicle( TN 11 V 1453) through this parcel service. Way bill number is 487911 dated 15 May 18. It is required to be despatched to the Kannur district in kerala. But wrongly despatched to the Chalakudy in Thrissur district Kerala by the Tambaram agent. Now the vehicle is 500 km away from my actual address. The head office is saying that you have to contact the concerned branch. Branch is saying that I will send a correction mail to the concerned agency you will get the vehicle in 2-3 days. Today the date is 23 May 18. The status is showing that same as the old one reached Chalakudy.
    Sir kindly do the needful to receive my item

      They are not customer supportive, customer service is pathetic.
      The manager is in bangalore and madiwala they are worst. If you cannot deliver to home address you should have inform us while sending the parcel.

      I forget their names i have the contact numbers of management and the landline numbers, no buddy is taking the call then why the hell you guys are having telephone.

      It is almost 7 days still am not getting my parcels.

        I have booked 5 boxes from sankagiri to kattedhan. My package has arrived on wednesday and i told i will pick the same on saturday. They told me to visit at 12 noon.. I have waited for two hours and out of 5 boxes only 3 had arrived. After a long discussion with vanasthalipuram branch they have sent the remaining 2 boxes after two hours. I am still waiting and the time is 4:20pm, still the boxes had not arrived. When i called the driver he said he is having his lunch and he will reach at 5:30, when i called vanasthalipuram branch they were responding very rudely. They were picking the call and keeping aside. The person who picked up the call at vanasthalipuram branch is speaking very rudely. They don’t even think about customers nor they do their job correctly and they even asking for bribery. What kind of parcel service is this? I am raising this complaint at kattedhan still waiting for my another two boxes. I have booked a trolly from shadnagar and i have to go back to shadnagar and then have to travel to home town in the night.

          Transported my bike from Bangalore to Hyderabad through ABT parcel service. The left side of my bike got burnt because of some other package containing acid was placed on my bike. They don't have the minimum common sense to transport vehicles and hazardous acid packages separately. Please do not use their transport service which by the way is super costly - ₹2000 for a gear bike from Bangalore to Hyderabad!

            One of the most worst services in the parcel service line is this ABT. I sent AC from bangalore to trichy.. I sent old AC only but it was in good condition and it was delivered with full damage.. When asked to senior manager in trichy told that old items will not be delivered with good condition. Always will be delivered with damage only.
            Please people do not send any item in ABT.

            This parcel has delivered to us on 12/5/2018 at1.31pm regarding this issue already a mail has forwarded to [protected]@abtlimited.com... this is not a first issue several times its happen so already we complainted nothing happen...
            so we decieded to stop the courior services from your end and mail to the head office to change the vendor...

              Iam booking a hero splender bike on 05.03.2018 in abt parcel services padi chennai... But the goods was consined on 07.03.2018 (It's already delayed by 2 days they not intimate at least one message not be given)

              On today 10.03.2018 where is my bike they don't know... It's very worst service getting from you...

              They telling monday only my bike will recive why it's getting delay parcel services is getting the things faster but it very bad attitude and services also ur customer care number not picking call...

                What's happening.. will it take 4days to deliver a product from Bangalore to Chennai?? It was packed on Friday 2/3/2018. And it’s been told on Monday (5/03/2018) I ll receive my bike. Now it’s monday, the customer service people saying “you won’t get the bike on Monday and we cannot confirm the date when it ll get delivered “ it’s totally ###.. if so, why you charged 2000 for a bike?? It’s too costly... the price ll be better if I get the bike on informed date. But it’s not delivered still.. I need compensation for that... else quit your service..

                  We booked a parcel on 17/02/2018 from tiruvannamalai to pune,. It was informed that, it will reach by 21st or 22nd feb, but today is 26th feb, item not yet reached pune.
                  The parcel to be reached is very urgent, but you people are worst in keeping time.
                  And you people are charging if our product is in your office after it reached the destination, likewise we need compensation for your late delivery...
                  We trusted on your service, but this is very bad experience from you...

                    Very very worst service don't book in abt parcel service all are very very
                    Lethargic no care taken for prompt delivery further they charge rs 400/
                    For packing without bill which is very exhorbitant sincere advise is not

                      At the time of delivery we measured 80 kg of weight, at the time delivery we got 200 kg weigh & payment also they asking 3800 for us .

                      Such a huge fraud services ..

                      We never ever expect the service like that from ABT .
                      ABT they are asking hidden charges as cud-don handling charges for 300 rs extra without the package weighing cost .

                        As per ur transport agent told per kg we have to rs 5.50 but in bill they put amount 7 per kg and also after reaching here at destination they are charging rs 1 per kg for hama li.... But i called to ur head office and they told to pay rs 15 for 25 kg bag... But sulthan bathery office man telling he won't allow to take our stuff for this hama li and he charged rs 18 per bag...

                        I sent my bike from chennai-velachery to mettupalayam. 1500 for bike & they got extra 500 as packing charge. Reached mettupalayam in 3 days. I noticed 2 of my front indicators were broken. Neither of the source & destination branch is taking responsibility.

                        Meanwhile i sent another bike from mettupalayam to chennai velachery. (They collected only 300 as packing charge). Don't know why is this difference. She collected extra 70 rupees during delivery. I went & collected the bike in arc office. Why they are charging extra 70? They removed all my 2 liters of petrol & the petrol tube left hanging around.

                              I booked 16 pack bundle on[protected] in new tinsukia for delivery in new jalpaiguri by the train (Train name - avadh asam, train no.- 15909, date[protected]. I also traveled by same train on[protected]. When i reached new jalpaiguri on[protected] at 6.30 am, i got only 10 pack bundle. Parcel clerk at new jalpaiguri told me that your remaining 6 luggage are in train and could not be delivered at new jalpaiguri by mistake and assured me that whenever train will return back luggage will return back within 3-4 days. Please look into the matter.
