[Resolved] Abt Parcel Service — Exorbitant Charges for Parcel booking | |||
Dear Sir, Our supplier from Theni booked parcel to Manjeri, Kerala and the weight is only 210 kgs. Normally we get parcels from Tamil Nadu and it is booked via ARC Travels and the charges for even above 500 kgs of the same type is below Rs. 2000. But this parcel from Theni to Manjeri is charged an exorbitant Rs. 6000 by you which is not at all acceptable. The LR No. is 644005 Hence, we request you to reverse the charges and make it a nominal amount so that we can take up the parcel. Kindly do the needful in this regard at the earliest.
