I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided concerning a parcel billed to my company, The Wood House (LR 75442). The item was scheduled for delivery to our Mangalore office on February 14, 2025. However, the material has not been delivered to date.
On February 16, 2025, someone called on my company’s mobile number, asking me to collect the parcel frogm a third-party courier service. Since then, I have been waiting for the delivery, but no material has been received. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was provided with a contact number and asked to follow up directly. However, I am now being told that it is my responsibility to pursue this further.
The contact numbers listed on platforms such as Justdial and Sulekha are unresponsive or fake. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to obtain reliable information about my parcel. This delay has caused significant business losses as the product was intended for commercial use. As a result, I have lost a client. I would like to know who will take responsibility for this loss.
To make matters worse, I was informed during the last call that I should address my concerns with Mangalore, as they are allegedly responsible for the delivery. This is unacceptable. If my product is damaged due to negligence, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. This will not only harm your company’s reputation but will also hold you liable for compensation
The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability throughout this process has been deeply disappointing. If this is the level of service provided, I will be forced to discontinue all future business with your transport service. Such poor service is entirely unfit for commercial purposes.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the prompt and safe delivery of my parcel. Please treat this matter as urgent.
