Accel Frontline [Afl] — InFocus M350 Audio Problem, Speaker not working | |||||
I have purchased Infocus M350 on dated 25-Apr-2016 having IMEI No: "[protected]" from Snapdeal. After four month, the Audio system of my phone stopped working. I contacted InFocus customer support and submitted my phone to the Infocus authorised Service Center ACCEL FRONTLINE, MP Nagar Zone 2, Bhopal for the repair of my phone on date 9-September-2016. The IVR Call number is[protected] and Call Id is INFBHP[protected]DW. I was told by service centre that the phone repairing will take maximum 15 days but whenever i ask for the phone they provides a new date. Since two months i regularly visit the service center on the given date. Each time the give same excuse that phone is not repaired till now and they will repair the same latest by next week. but now i am tiered of this nonsense and boring excuse from service center. I feel their services are very poor in India. I request to the concerned authority to resolve my issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
