Accenture — Billing Dispute

I launched a complaint on 21st May 2015 as I am incorrectly charged for Data Usage around 800rs. on 25th April 2015I have a email from your team stating 99rs 2g 2gb plan is activated on my number. I even received ed a message stating the same. I spoke to Customer care Manager (Vaishali) she said Vodafone had sent an email on 29th April stating 99 rs plan does not exist. After activating the plan on 25th April you guys come to know that there is no plan as such and to be honest I have no email or message like this stating 99rs plan does not exist. This is poor customer services and lack of process knowledge on the representative who activated my plane. Why should I pay for something or service which I was not made aware of. And if the Data plan is not active why I am getting to use Vodafone Network Data without my knowledge. Data plan not active means I should not be able to use Internet on my phone. According to TRAI rules customer should be made aware of things which he is using and if not activated he cannot use the services unless asked for. Your customer care team states there is no data plan active on my number. The Billing team it seems tried calling my number, but my number is not reachable.¿ I am surprised as I am able to receive calls from all other people but not from your team. I believe if I am not able to receive calls, I think it is some Vodafone network issues. I want this rectified at the earliest as this has caused my lot of inconvenience. Also let me know now, which data plan can be activated on my number.
