Accenture — Fake recruitment process

Hi Accenture, I completed all the interview rounds and after submitting all the docs for BGV the status shows "does not match current requirement". After calling for number of times i got a reply saying that we are not currently hiring Syntel employees. Then one my friend faced the same problem and he was told that they are not hiring from Reliance.
Few things i noticed that you have our resumes from day 1 of recruitment process so why dont you stop us in the first round itself, then later i realized that just to update in your database you keep on conducting interviews and you dont select any candidate by giving such reasons. Common man we are not school kids please stop conducting such fake recruitment process, it ruins someone's dream. Accenture is a big name so dont spoil it by pathetic hiring process. BTW i got the offer from CTS bcoz they dont play politics like you.
