My name is Olivia Aich (Employee ID:[protected]. I joined the organization on 15th February 2021 and left on April 3, 2024. I am writing to raise a escalation regarding incomplete documentation from Accenture’s end.
I have observed that there is no deduction for EPS (Employees' Pension Scheme) in my EPF passbook during my tenure. Specifically, EPS was not deducted on wages up to ?15, 000, despite eligibility as per EPFO rules.
Accordingly, I requested Accenture to submit the required ECR correction documents along with a clarification letter to the EPFO office.
Please note that this matter has been pending since December 9, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, Accenture has consistently failed to provide the required documents and closed the tickets.
As per current records, Accenture has only submitted Cognizant Annexure K to EPFO that I have provided to Accenture, while the mandatory ECR correction documents and clarification letter remain pending.
Further, my authorized vendor visited the EPFO office, where the concerned EPFO officer clearly confirmed that:
No ECR correction documents have been received from Accenture
No EPS correction will be processed until the required ECR correction documents and clarification letter are submitted from Accenture's end
No clarification is pending from my end. The delay is solely due to Accenture’s failure to submit the required documents.
This continued inaction is unacceptable and reflects negligence. I need clarification letter and ECR correction documents ASAP from Accenture.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
I have pasted all the email reply which i have received from Accenture pf team. If you go through the email you will understand how pf team played with me.
1st reply from Accenture ( 1st ticket - Payroll PR4711953) after my first mail
Dear Team,
My name is Olivia Aich (Employee ID:[protected], and I joined the organization on15th February 2021 and left on April 3, 2024.
I would like to clarify an issue regarding my EPF contributions. I have noticed that there is no deduction for the EPS (Employees' Pension Scheme) contribution in my EPF passbook for the duration I worked with your organization.
I noticed that the EPS was not deducted on wages equal to ?15, 000, As per EPFO rules, if the wages are equal to or less than ?15, 000, the member is eligible for pension contribution.
I kindly request you to review this matter and prepare the necessary documents, including Form 3A and a clarification letter. Please submit these documents to the EPFO office for the required correction of my EPS records.
For your reference, I have uploaded my previous company passbook.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Please check my reply now
Hi Team,
Thank you for your response.
It was earlier confirmed from Accenture end that the Annexure K shared by me would be forwarded internally for submission to the PF Office, and that I was requested to allow time until the end of January 2026 for completion of this activity, following which the transfer details would be updated in my e-passbook.
Since the EPS correction is currently blocking further PF-related processing, I wanted to check on the progress and ensure that the below activities are on track for completion within the communicated timeline of January 2026:
Preparation and submission of the required documents (including Form 3A) to EPFO
Issuance of a clarification letter to EPFO for correcting and linking my EPS records
Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.
Thank you for your time and support.

- Basically after such long follow ups and delays they have only submitted Annexure K copy of cognizant to EPFO and they are referring this as acknowledgment copy
My reply
Team,
Thank you for your response. However, kindly share the correct EPFO acknowledgement copy.
The attachment you shared is Annexure K issued by Cognizant (Receipt Date: 20/04/2021), which was already provided by me to Accenture on 13th December 2025. This document is not the EPFO submission acknowledgement copy (PFA for reference).
As previously requested, I require the actual EPFO acknowledgement copy issued by the EPFO office after document submission from Accenture’s end, clearly reflecting the acknowledgement/receipt or claim reference details.
Could you please share the correct EPFO acknowledgement copy received from the EPFO office, as this is required on a priority basis?
Regards,
Olivia Aich
Last reply from Accenture and they again closed the ticket without my confirmation
Hi Olivia,
I hope you are doing well.
We would like to inform you that Annexure-K has been submitted to EPFO from our end. Please note that we do not receive a separate acknowledgement for the submission. The EPFO provides a submission date stamp on the documents, which serves as confirmation of receipt. As you may notice, the stamp is clearly printed on the submitted sheet.
Please let us know if you require any further clarification.
Best regards,
PF Team
