Accenture India — Accenture PF Transfer Issue[protected]

Hi, I am an ex-employee of Accenture[protected]. I created a PF Transfer request online in the month of June 2023 which got rejected with the reason "Claim Rejected DOJ After 01.09.2014 and wages more than 15000 not eligible for EPS benefit but accenture deducted EPS Claim". I have been contacting Accenture since June 2023 and they have been just giving reasons or asking me to fill some documents. Now from past few months with multiple chasing up I have been getting a standard reply mentioned below

"The EPS clarification is ready and the same is sent to the legal team for validation. Once the validation is completed, we will take authorization on the forms and documents will be submitted to RPFC on priority.

We will update you once it's done and you can file your PF application.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. "

Note:-
I've raised almost more than 10 Payroll request with Accenture PF team as below id's PR3237164, PR3232879, PR3228462, PR3232878, PR3268794, PR3337797, PR3495032.

I want to escalate Accenture PF team. They are not at all working (feel like a bot standard reply). This issue is ongoing for last 6-8 months.

Is there any other ways to get the EPS clarification letter submitted to PF office or get the Transfer done without getting Accenture involved?

No response from Accenture PF team related to my PF transfer issue. They keep on replying like this below "The EPS clarification is ready and the same is sent to the legal team for validation.
