[Resolved]  Accenture India — All Interview rounds clear including Technical and HR, Got confirmation mail. Again the status is in interviewing stage.

On 20th April 2021 my interview was scheduled for 28 April 2021 On the first interview date interviewer didn’t attend. Again it was scheduled after a long wait of almost a month I.e May 18. Same day technical as well as HR completed which gave me a hope. But after that again for 1 month no update. On 26th I got a call that my offer discussion will be done soon. on July 6th I got a mail stating “You’ve cleared all our interview rounds. You’re one step away from being part of our diverse team of innovators. We will be reaching out to you for your offer discussion soon.”

After 2-3 days again my status is showing interview pending. When I’m trying to reach my talent coach she is not responding. And meanwhile I’m getting job notification from another Accenture recruiter of Accenture, for same opening, same position and same location. Which confirms that opening is still present. My main concern is why to put already selected candidates on hold when you have openings.

Same happened with me in exactly 2 years ago: CID -C7992615. All rounds clear, and after that got call from Accenture in the interval of 15days till 3 months asking about by notice period, without releasing offer letter. After that in November 2019 I got a mail stating your profile will be removed from our candidate pipeline as we don’t have any opening.

This should not be the case with selected candidates and this is setting very bad reputation for Accenture in terms of lateral Entries.

Hi Ankitha any clue why status went back to interviewing ..facing similar issue all rounds cleared and documents uploaded..all of sudden in 2 days the status moved backwards.
