Accenture India — Application Already Exists Issue

I am facing an issue while trying to apply for jobs on the Accenture Careers portal.

When I try to apply, I receive a message stating that an application already exists. However, I am unable to log in to the Workday portal using my registered email ID.

When I attempt to create a new Workday account using the same email ID, the account gets created but is automatically deleted within a few days. I also tried creating a new account using a different email ID, but I still encounter the same issue stating that an application already exists.

Due to this, I am unable to access my profile or submit new applications.

I request you to kindly:

Check and resolve any duplicate or inactive account issues linked to my profile
Restore my existing account or allow me to create a new account successfully
