I want to raise the issue that Accenture just takes interview and then no update is given. It happened with me 2 times in same year. I was offered analyst role for O2C domain noida location. I had cleared the written test with so much efforts 2 times gave the interview but then after no update received. I am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

    My candidate I'd is CID: C8786779 .I am not able to apply for any Accenture job as the error is showing as 'we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other resources'.
    Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    In response, I got a call ASKING to pay money if I want to apply for job.This is pathetic.Is it so???

        My candidate I'd is C8795053. I am not able to apply for any Accenture job as the error is showing as 'we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other resources'.

        I got a call from recruiter of your organization
        for SAP ABAP object oriented profile on 26th sept for Gurgaon location but I'm not interested in Gurgaon location and then put me hold position and generate CID no . Now, the problem is here openings are there for same profile but in other locations for sap ABAP development but I am unable to apply for the same.

        So, Could you please delete my profile or resume from your database. And remove the on hold position from career site .So that I can apply for other job opportunities in a future

          Dear Respected Sir,

          I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Chennai, i had resigned April 2017
          I had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organization (Ministry of Labor, Govt of India)Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no response

          My application details are mention below :MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 45665 / Employee No : 11167241 As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below: No one Reply on Email & also Officers / pf employer not available on Phone .[protected]@vsnl.net, [protected]@vsnl.net & Ph no -[protected], [protected]). When ever I check the details it says establishment doen’t exist and says form not submitted.

          Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

          Kindly acknowledge for the same.

                Hi team,

                I am facing a technical issue while applying for any job through the job section.
                Whenever i try to apply for a job. I get this error - "we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources, in the past. Please click here and login to india jobs portal to continue".

                  My candidate id is C8356578
                  I have already requested for removal of my profile. I tried to apply for one of the position long time back, nearly 1.5 years back. The profile has not been archived yet and is active. I am trying to apply for some open positions now but it is not allowing me to upload my resume as my old resume is already present in the database. Due to which I am unable to apply for the desired profile. There are few openings for which I have required amount of experience and skills too. I would be really thankful to you if you can help me get my updated resume uploaded so that in future I can apply for suitable profiles.

                        Hi Team,

                        This is manikanta Dakoju, I have served with Accenture from Nov 2015 to June 2019 as a Test engineer analyst. In need of my personal interests last year I have taken the decision of withdrawing my PF money from the account.                         I have already requested for removal of my profile but I am still receiving mails on my mail id,
                        infect now I am not even able to access my profile as whenever I try to login,
                        a message stating this email id is not in database pops up and even
                        it is not allowing me to create a new profile as it says it already exists.

                          I worked with accenture services/solutions private ltd at hyderabad as a Associate Manager. My last working day with accenture was 17 Feb, 2018. I have completed all my exist formalities and sent the documents for pf closure and then transfer as per the exit formalities checklist.

                          I have pasted all the email reply which i have revived from Accenture pf team. If you go through the email you will understand how pf team played with me.

                          Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

                            Please see below email thread where in Accenture played through out for 2 years and yet did not solve the issue. I am still not able to with draw my PF amount or transfer it

                            This is to inform you that due to technical issue in PF portal we are unable to approve the online PF transfer request in UAN portal, hence we request you to kindly wait till the further notification from Accenture for re-submission of the online pf transfer request in UAN account. Secondly we are herewith rejecting your online transfer application.

                            Once the PF contributions related issue get rectified, we will share the mail communication to your email id and after that you can submit the online pf transfer request in UAN account for further action.

                            Please note that PF office will correct the PF details related error by end of the MAR month and after that we will share the mail communication for further action. Hence we request you to kindly co-operate with us till end of MAR month for further update.

                              Since 2 months I am raising the transfer claim and it is getting rejected stating erroneous contribution deposited by Accenture against EPS account and orrection in progress.

                                I am trying to withdraw my pf amount for the last 2 years but due to some bad reasons Accenture is delaying the process like not submitting the accounts to Epfo office or the amount is not matching with amount deducted in my salary.

                                Could you please check with internal epf team about the delayed issues. Post exit pf service seems to be very poor and people are taking public forum to post it.

                                Please improve the process post exit.

                                      Hi i was an accenture employee and on september 21 was my last day as, i was rolled off from my project and after that i was told to give resignation then on, the call with hr i was told i will be given 3 month advance salary but when i received full amount from accenture it was just 31k so i want to know why i didn't got my advance pay as even in the news it was said there is severance period given for accenture employee but i didn't got any.
