I cleared online assessment round
I cleared technical Interview
HRs called me for details like expected salary, location etc
I provided all that.
July 31st I got a mail to update EAF form
I updated the same and refreshed the page and my candidature was closed saying I did not meet the selection or verification criteria

        I have received confirmation on my technical round clearance which was conducted on 26th July, 2021 . I am trying to look this on Portal, it coming with blank page. received call from documentation team regarding employment details. whenever I login into the job portal, I am getting a blank page.
        Not able to see my profile. Please find the attached screenshot of blank page post login in the job portal

        I have reached out several times on this issue to HR and help desk but not resolved yet. Can you please address this problem and make my profile visible in the job portal ?

        My candidate ID is C9668665, awaiting for offer letter. I have been confirmed on 23rd July that we are releasing an offer letter. When I checked the Accenture portal getting a blank page I tried to reach HR to get it corrected. They are not reachable.

        Please help and share the update on my offer letter.

          Hi Team,
          My profile is kept for on-hold directly without receiving any call from HR accenture for almost 3 months giving reason as “We regret to inform you that currently they dont have any open position which meet my expected compensation” but I didn’t had any interaction with anyone for compensation.
          But yes 4 months ago some consultancy called me and asked for change i accepted and then checked later it was applied for wrong post which is ir-relevant to my experience at that time.
          I am trying to find solution for this but nothing worked yet.
          Now there is an opening in Mumbai for SAP PP(Production Planning) which i am interested for and my experience, work location, field everything is matching which i am interested to give interview but to my resume is on-hold i am helpless.
          Please i request you to delete my CID- C9473322 or remove from On-hold and again we will start with new process for new open position.
          So i can apply for relevant job and will be happy to work with accenture.
          I hope this issue gets resolved.

            Hi,

            1. I got referral from Accenture and applied for same.
            2. Cleared online assessment round.
            3. Cleared 2 Technical discussion round.
            4. Moved to Last HR round.
            5. HR called me. Asked about all the details, like education, job experiences, current and expected CTC. I answered everything very firmly.
            6. Just after 2 mins I got mail your candidature has been rejected. Called to same HR again 2-3 timea but she is not picking up the call.

            Here is the question.

            Why I got rejected I don't have any sort of clue. Atleast they could have tell the reason such that I can apply for the position again after 6 months if any openings will be there. There might be a chace that again I can get rejected because of same issues.

            We should get feedback that after clearing all the round on what basis in HR round they have rejected.

            I have invested full 2 months for clearing this interview and really wanted to join this organisation.

              Hi,
              I am Akshata Pauskar.
              My Reference CID is C9746089.
              I had given interview in Accenture and cleared the online assessment as well as the technical interview.
              I had received an update mail that I have made it to HR round and was asked to upload the documents and fill the EAF form.
              After I completed filling the form and on submitting the status got changed to as candidature closed. I was not understanding what went wrong.
              On checking with HR it was known that due to university details it was closed.
              I had selected wrong University and later I was not even able to edit with correct details and submit it again.
              The career portal is not user friendly and also the process of selection seems incorrect. There has to be some way to rectify or ask the candidates for verifying the entered details.
              This is really unfair without even verifying the details my candidature got closed no one is able to help to Rectify the issue with the careers portal. Even the HR said they cannot do anything and asked to apply after 6 months.
              There has to be some way to rectify the details entered. I have graduated from state board and it doesn't make any sense that because of other University which I selected as karnataka state open University by mistake the candidature is closed. As I did not find the state board I selected the open university thinking I could update it later. But later the form itself was disabled.
              Request you to please provide me an update regarding the mentioned issue with university details due to which my candidature has got closed. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I have not yet received any update.

              I have invested my time and also made it through the interview process. I am looking forward to being part of the esteemed organization.
              Please look into this and provide a solution to correct the details so that I can proceed ahead with my candidature. Currently I am not able to make any changes with the EAF form as it is disabled.
              Request you to please look into this matter urgently and do the needful.

                can i follow up on the request.
                Hi even I cleared my technical and recieved calls from HR for details.
                I filled all my documents and my candidature got closed for no reason

                  I have received confirmation on my technical round clearance which was conducted on 14th July, 2021 and post HR round discussion on 20th July, I have been asked to upload documents to release offer letter.
                  But from 22th July onwards whenever I login into the job portal, I am getting a blank page.

                          I have completed the interview rounds for a position at Accenture. I received a call from HR mentioning that I have cleared all rounds and requested me to upload my documents in the portal for Offer release. But, the portal is showing a blank screen when I login.                               Hello, I am not able to apply for any jobs in Accenture India. Every time I try to apply for an opening, it says "We already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources, in the past. Please Click here and login to India Jobs Portal to continue". I have logged in to India job portal as a candidate and it just shows a very old application which is not updated and also cannot be withdrawn. Please please kindly help correcting this as I am missing out on many potential job openings in Accenture. The old application reference number as shown in Accenture portal is CID: C9811577. I have attached relevant screenshots for reference. Below are my details if this helps:

                                  When I filled in EAF, suddenly popup came like your Candidature is closed..

                                  I successfully cleared the digital interview after which I received confirmation mail and call from the HR.

                                  I successfully cleared the technical round followed by HR round on 28th July 2021. After clearing all the interview rounds I received a confirmation mail and call from the HR stating that I need to upload the documents as the next step of the hiring process.
                                  I even received one mail stating that I need to fill EAF to move forward..

                                  I don’t understand what went wrong as I successfully cleared all the rounds and even CTC discussion was carried out with the HR.

                                  This is very disheartening that big organizations like Accenture have loopholes in their recruitment process and the candidate has to face the repercussions of the mistakes done by their hiring team.

                                  Please provide the resolution on the same.
                                  Accenture please do the needful..

                                    I am Shubham Gupta, recently I have applied for Accenture and I even got my pre-onboarding learning mail. while I was doing my learning modules suddenly from the 26th of May 2021 I was unable to login into my account.
                                    My login credentials are showing invalid in (https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php). I even mailed to the onboarding team but non has responded. and it has been nearly a week kindly look into the matter as resolve it as soon as possible. e

                                      I'm Pravalika, my CID is C9779084. I've completed digital assessment and digital technical interview on 22nd and 24th of this month respectively. I was told that I've been selected for both the rounds and eligible for HR interview. I've completed my HR interview as well on 27th july. In that i was told to upload documents on the career portal but after logging in the page was showing blank for me from the start itself. I've contacted the POC and support team but didn't get any response. I've contacted them through mails and calls but didn't get any further information. Now, when i login, i can see the something saying that i haven't met selection or verification criteria and closed the application. I haven't uploaded any documents for verification since the portal was not stable and showing blank. I was told that i have cleared all the rounds and completed HR, even HR told me to upload the documents asap for verification. Now, I don't understand on what basis I got rejected/ my application got closed. I've cleared the rounds and was waiting to submit the required documents but because of portal instability, I couldn't do it. Please help me here for clarification. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

                                      Hi, I didn’t get any update on this till now. When I call helpdesk they are saying because of location issue they’ve rejected but I said them the same location which I have applied for i.e., Hyderabad and Bangalore and even now I see many openings for the same role in Hyderabad and Bangalore. As my candidature is already there, I’m not able to apply again. Atleast now if there are openings they can consider my profile right as I cleared all rounds and was waiting for HR, even I’m ready to re-apply/ attend interview again. Please move this complaint forward.

                                      Yes, I am also facing same issue, I have cleared technical round, hr round has not completed. In portal it's showing Application got closed in portal saying that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria.
