Dear Accenture HR Team,
This is to share my experience about the recruitment procedure with Accenture India. Hope you would not ignore this message and give me 2 min of your time. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication of the HR team of Accenture throughout the interview process. It has been extremely smooth, welcoming, and quick. But there are a few concerns which I would like to emphasize on.
I have been confirmed that I have cleared through all the rounds of the selection procedure. I have been waiting for an offer letter for 5 days and have decided to check the status of my profile. It was mentioned that my profile has been rejected because of some verification failure. I have no clue where my documents failed during the verification. It was also mentioned that I cannot apply for Accenture even in the future. I have tried to reach out to the HR team, but no one has responded since then. I have dropped many emails and am still waiting for their reply.
I’m ok with my profile being rejected, but the fact that I cannot apply to Accenture any time in the future is what is bugging me. I hope there is a 2-way conversation, where I would get a chance to explain myself with proofs on the documents that were failed during verification. I believe that by clearing the technical exam twice and clearing all the rounds of selection, I deserve to know where my documents have failed and an email that I got rejected.
I truly understand the efforts you are making and value your decisions in this crucial period. I also expect the same from you, that you would understand my time invested.
Hope I will get at least an email in response to thisthis with reason
