My name Lakshmi Narayan Biswal, I'm from Odisha. I attended the telephonic interview directly with manager of Accenture in August 2018 at 10:30 AM as one of my friends gave reference for me in Mumbai. And I also got selected, the manager said, "you cleared the operational round, the company HR will contact you for your document verification and salary discussion so be prepared for this". I got so thrilled after heard this. I waited for the call of Accenture HR with having many dreams about the career with Accenture. I waited... waited and waited the whole day and the whole week. But I didn't receive any mail or respond from the HR team of Accenture. And after over week I contacted to the manager who took my interview. I tell her about the issue and she said, "dear you should contact the HR regarding this problem" and gave me the contact number of HR. I contact to the HR and describe all the things about interview that I had completed. She asked for my educational certificates and I submitted all the documents scan copy related to my education(10th, 12th, Grads, Post Grads). And next day HR called me and said "sorry to say but the Board from which you're passed out your 10th is not listed in Accenture". I got shocked after I heard that. But I didn't lost my hope. I thought, maybe they unable to identify the Board name because of I send them the scanned documents. But I had little hope that if I show them the original documents then they will select me for sure. I applied for ptp account executive position after 8 month on Accenture official website but my application got rejected. It saw me like "your candidature is closed, we don't have any suitable position for you". I got disappointed be seeing that. And after many inspection I got to know that my CID got blacklisted for the certificate issue. My emotion at that time like..(WHAT THE FUQ)😡😡😡 is it even a reason!!

Today November 4 2019, After over 1 year of last attempted interview in Accenture, I went again for interview for the same position in Mumbai (Aroli - Mind space) by imagining that may be my ID removed from blacklist. So I went for the interview and completed the HR round. They also checked and verified my each and every educational certificates and approved that. I waited for next round (technical test) which requires to reset password of my Accenture candidate ID through the link that they(HR) will send. I waited for the link but didn't got one. I waited more than 3 hour. Also I told them about the problem but they said they working for the same. But again after one hour I asked to the HR called Vinita about this and she said, "I got to know that some how your ID got blacklisted so that's why we can't process you further". I asked for what reason I got blacklisted? She said "I don't know, I'm not the one who did blacklist to your ID. But I'll try to remove your ID from blacklist from back end". And after saying this she left. And I also returned to home. After I came home another HR from Accenture called me again and asked the reason for left and I describe the same that I discussed with the HR (Vinita). And lastly he said I'm sorry to say but if you got blacklisted then you unable to get the opportunity in Accenture in life time.
I felt little bit down, but got relaxed and confirm that I will not be able to get any job in Accenture from now on. I blacklisted Accenture in my career.

I don't even understand how can they don't recognize the Boards unfamiliar states, can't they Google about that. ### HR and ### rules. They don't even know by doing this they're missing the good candidates who's willing to work by giving his all. 😂😂😂

Guys don't worry if your case is also related to the blacklist thing. Because we can also get job in another company and prove our worth. But it's the loss to Accenture for letting the good candidate slide. 😂😂😂🤣🤣&et...⇄ Bear with it guys.. we have better opportunities as compared to this ###.. I wrote this to make my angry and sadness come out. I feel easy now.
