Accenture India — Cleared Technical interview but no response for HR round.

My Technical interview was conducted on 1st July 2021 and I have received an email on the same day Regarding the Accenture Recruitment Status - "You have made it to the Human Resources (HR) interview at Accenture" and asked to submit EAF form and to update all the documents. So I have submitted the EAF form and uploaded all the documents and replied back and in portal for few days it was showing as "HR will contact you soon for HR interview" and status as pending.

Later after 10 days I again got mail from other person from Accenture to upload the documents and EAF form but I have already submitted those documents so I have replied back the same but didn't got any update and after one week the status on the Portal was updated to "Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities". In meanwhile I am getting job notification from another recruiters from Accenture for same opening and location and also saw the same job profile in Naukri platform. Which confirms that opening is still present. My main concern is why to put already selected candidates on hold for so long when you have openings. I have tried to contact my talent coach but she is not replying to my mails and also not answering the calls.

So Kindly please provide an update on my candidature as I am very much interested to join your organization.
