Accenture India — Communication Assessment mail

I received a mail from hirepro for Communication assessment.My assessment was scheduled on Aug 19 - Aug 21 but I couldn't proceed for the assessment . I contacted and raised the issue to the hirepro portal and they said accenture has sent this mail by mistake and is to be ignored. A new mail will be send by the company later for the same.
I still haven't recieved any update regarding Communication assesment could you plz tell when will be my rescheduled assessment will take place.

Myself jayaraj joshua and I my registered mail ID in Accenture was [protected]@gmail.com
I have participated in Accenture recruitment process and got cleared up first two assessment rounds and then I received another mail for communication assessment round on 19th August.but, due to technical issues and weak network I have not been completed my communication assessment with in the stipulated time.so may I know when will my communication assessment test be reschedule.
