Accenture India — Couldn't Login to the Accenture portal - "email address cannot be found in our system" | ||
CID- C9388798 I have created an Account in Accenture portal, But uploaded the old resume. So I have removed my account, as I thought that all my details will remove if I do so. But the details stored in the database and the CID created-C9388798, Now I received an offer from Accenture for an interview with the same email id and Cid, which i have removed. I need to fill up the EAF Form, But couldn't do that. Getting an error "Email address cannot be found in our system. If you would like to register as a new user, Please got to Registration page". Can you please resolve this issue. Don't know how can I get my removed account back. Do we have any solution for this? Whom can I contact for this issue? I tried reaching out to helpdesk but still didn't get any response. I will lose an opportunity if this doesn't work out. Was this information helpful? | ||

I am trying to login into the Accenture portal. But I don't have password, so I gave forget password and after that my email got verified, And it showing please wait we are processing your information and it got stuck there and not showing anything after that.
