Accenture India — delay in joining

Hi,
I appeared for interview for customer support on august 24th, 2019. My cid is - c3626411. I cleared my interview that day. And i was told by hr-mazia that joining would be done immediately. Till now, october 22nd, i have submitted all the documents as asked by the hiring team. I have given them all written consents to perform my background verification. I have even given them my biological samples to conduct drug test. I am waiting since 2 months for joining. They are just ordering me to provide details for my side but are unresponsive when i ask them about joining date.
I have written to hrs of the company innumerable times, but haven't heard back. No one is forwarding my queries to the appropriate person.in last 2 months, accenture has hired candidates on bulk and given joinings.
Now, i am deprressed to learn they have put joinings on hold.
The day i got interviewed i told hr - mazia that i have come back to gurgaon after 1 year. I asked her for immediate joining. Now after 2 months of patient waiting i am hearing there is no more joining for the same vacancy.
I am not able to support myself financially now. And considering brand value of accenture, i did not give interviews at other places. But accenture is ditching its candidate now.
From time to time, they told me, it would be 1 week later, 1 week later. And this has totalled to 2 complete months.
Due to festive season, other organizations have stopped hiring now. There is no relevant opening in the town for me.
I am stressed what to do. I have room rent pending for 2 months.
Please intervene.

They have hired so many people in this time period. Some even resigned from their previous jobs without serving notice period to join them. But they have not considered, immediate joiner.

Their calling me again and again, sometime for docs, some time for bio - samples in the past is amounting to harrasment when they had no intention to join me or delay hugely.

My location was approved by the HR. She told me it is in the hiring zone. While documentation also. It was told it comes under hiring zone. I do not know what excuse they have in delaying thw joining.

Now, since morning of Oct 23rd, status in Accenture job portal is asking me to either accept or reject the job offer. But there is no option to do that. Neither there is any email sent to me by them. Nor I have any HR email to send my acceptance of offer. Where is offer letter??
