Accenture India — document approval in hirepro page is pending more than a month

This is saraswathi ravi. Hirepro profile id is [protected]@gmail.com. My accenture cid is 228093. I have attended accenture drive on jan 5th an 6th. Profile creation and upload process is going on. My educational details task was rejected as my cgpa is 6.93. I have re-submitted the task with the percentage certificate from my university. As per my university norms, percentage=cgpa*10. My percentage becomes 69.3%. I have attached percentage certificate provided by my university stating that i have secured 69.3% during degree examinations. Please check the re-submitted form and approve. Even after i have given the valid document provided by our ceo o[censored]niversity, still the approval is pending from your end
