Accenture India — Document verification portal issue

I recently received an email from your Background Verification team stating that my 7th semester marksheet is missing from my submitted documents. I have now collected the 7th semester marksheet from my college, as requested.

However, when I try to log in to the portal to upload the document, I am unable to access it, as it shows that I have already submitted my details. I raised a ticket regarding this issue, and a few days later, I received a response stating that the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, it still hasn’t been rectified, and now the login portal displays the message: "Your ID has expired. Please contact HR."

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest so that I can successfully upload my document.
