Accenture India — documents submission issue (off campus drive)

I had cleared written and interview rounds conducted by accenture on (1st and 2 nd december 2018). I had received email to upload documents. I have saved and uploaded them twice but the website is not saving my graduation mark sheets after clicking submit.

1. I have done bsc in graduation, i uploaded in the link, 3 marksheets of 3 years as we get only one per year. While submitting, it automatically removed and i can see that it has not saved. Please let me know how i can submit bsc marksheets?

2. The link reopened twice and while i am submitting details it repeatedly removing my details while i am submitting it.
My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Can you please help me on this. Please let me know if i can send my scanned documents on email address because it’s not uploading on website.

I am facing some problems in uploading graduation details. Every time I upload the documents and submit them, I do not see the uploaded files in the submitted view for the graduation section. This has happened 4 times now. This might be a bug in the tool. I raised a query regarding this issue in the past but I haven't received any response. Please suggest a resolution for this problem. In what alternate way may I submit my graduation details
