Accenture India — Duplicate id's

Hi Team,

I lose the offer because of duplicate CID'S but i haven't attended for interview before. Initially I applied directly so i didn't get the call after few months I tried to apply with employee reference but it doesn't accepted so i applied with my alternate mail id. After few months I got mail stating to share my details. but i haven't attended for interview I simply sent a mail stating that "I have recently joined with another organization so i can't attend for interview" Even though they considered it as an attempt just think about it once. I haven't attended for interview but system considered it as one attempt this is not fair. Because of that i lost my current opportunity. Below are my tow CID'S - C8746387, C9814009(Present CID). If possible please delete any one of my CID
