Accenture India — I am complaining about accenture hiring process | |||
I got a call from accenture in first week of january, they created my cid c8372092 and i travel from chandigarh to gurgaon on 14th jan for f2f interview so that process will be faster as i wanted the job at earliest (Was getting by the end of feb and wanted to settle in gurgaon). Interview process was so messy but anyways i cleared 2 interview rounds and the concerned person me that i am left with hr round that is just a formality for salary discussion. As u had to travel back to chandigarh so he asked me to leave with the assurance that i will get a call in 20-30 mins as the hr is busy but i waited for almost a week but neither i got any call nor my status got updated on portal. I called their customer care centre for almost 5-6 times in a time span of 1-1.5 month but every time i got the same reply that they can see that my interviews are cleared but status is not updated on the portal as hr is but he/she will contact for sure and after 2 months i got a update on the portal that they cant proceed with the candidature as there is no requirement matching with your skillset but i can see many. But as my cid is already there so i cant apply for any requirement. I request these people to fasten the hiring process and remove the cid if you dont have any matching requirement.
