Accenture India — I have submitted all the required details but my tasks are not yet approved

I have been selected in current recruitment of Accenture in May 2021.This is to bring to your notice that i have mistakenly mentioned my name in place of my father's name in resume and all the details mentioned in given tasks are correct .

This task was given to me on 4th June 2021 and it's due date was 14th June 2021 . I had raised query for many times but haven't received any response yet. My task was submitted even before the due date but no status has been updated whether task is approved Or rejected till date. Except these, All other tasks was approved. I didn't get any response.

I will correct the details if any needs to be changed as I have completed all the recruitment process till now.

It would be extremely helpful, if you could assist with the approval of this task and further process of receiving offer letter. Therefore I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful at your earliest.
