Accenture India — I'm complaining about fnf settlement

As iam former employee[protected] of Accenture joined on 13 March 2021 for Telstra project while joining they offered retention bonus to stay in for 1yr but unfortunately the process got shutdown and moved to another process Facebook but we had a meeting with sunny Singh about the retention bonus they said issue was with the project so they'll not ask retention amount. Now I have resigned from Accenture I haven't received my fnf yet as mentioned in payslip retention bonus got deducted from my fnf and I haven't received my relieving letter as well spoke to my HR Tricia.priyanka.[protected]@accenture.com and ravindra suhas but they're not responding please kindly check and help me.
