Accenture India — I'm complaining about the Candidate carrier portal and Grievance portal

I want to apply for a Job role in accenture, while filling the application form, In one of the step - after entering the PAN no the application status is stating that application already exist. In which I have not applied or given an interview for accenture for passed 2-3 years. So, I request please help to resolve or guide me to apply for my Required position.

Its very difficult to understand the candidate portal, its not easy to use. its very irritating, I'm trying it for almost 2 months to apply with help to my friends who are already there in Accenture and for a surprise they also were not able to do anything.

The Grievance portal is also not working, when tried to raise it for the above issue. The simple SUBMIT button is not working after giving all the input details.
