Accenture India — Im complaining about the delay in my PADA role application process which Inhad successfully completed the interview

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the prolonged delay and lack of communication following my successful selection in Accenture’s off-campus drive for PADA role.I received a congratulatory email in October, 2024 but have not received any updates regarding onboarding or the next steps even after several months.
I have already submitted multiple queries through your support portal and was instructed to raise tickets each time. Unfortunately, those tickets have only resulted in repetitive responses asking me to wait without providing any timeline or specific update on my application status.
It has now been 8 months and this lack of clarity has left me uncertain and anxious about my future. I respectfully request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate department and that I receive a proper resolution or clear communication regarding my onboarding status.
