Accenture India — Issue in Submitting Candidate Education Details section.

Candidate id: 1136924. I have to mention B.tech as my undergraduate degree, but in graduation details it has been shown MCA as my graduation degree. I want to change my graduation degree to B.tech. But I'm unable to change it because MCA is rigid I can't change it. Because of it only I have to mention the year of pursuing MCA as I have no other option to do as the year is mandatory to mention. To submit the form I have to choose the year as well as I can't change my education details as I needed. But now it is showing rejection comments like do mention your graduation as B.TECH as mentioned in marksheet. Eventhough, I have raised three to four queries regarding it but didn't get any mail regarding this problem. So, to complete the document verification part I have submitted the way it accepted the details. But due to MCA problem I'm getting rejection task mail. Please, see to it as soon as possible as my document submission date was 27th July, 2021. And all this problem causes mismatch in my educational details . Help me how i can update these details.
