Accenture India — Issues faced during my Assessment

Dear Sir/Madam,
During my assessment after completing the Cognitive and Technical assessment and entering into the Coding Assessment my network got disabled and my system hanged so I forced to leave my Secure Exam Browser. After sorting my system problems and entering into the test the login page shows error"Test validity is over"and I couldn't complete my Coding test. I tried to contact the Helpline number given in the support center but my call didn't connected even after several times. So I request you to consider my problem and reschedule my Coding test as soon as possible and I have attached my login screen page below for your reference.
