Accenture India — Need attested Joint Declaration form from Accenture India PF office

I left Accenture on 1st April and about to join new organization. But I found that my name in Aadhar and UAN was different. So I sent hard copy of Joint declaration form filled and self attested along with other relevant documents that Accenture PF office asked to their Mumbai location.
For me to join new Organization I need the proof that Accenture has attested this joint declaration form and submitted to Government PF office.
I sent more that 30 mails stating that I just need this same Joint Declaration form attested from Accenture. But I get generic replies saying that they have submitted the forms to PF India office of Bandra Mumbai.
Currently I am unemployed due to this reason and unable to join new organization. Accenture PF team and not understanding what I want. They are stating the mail that it will take 2 month to process the change from Government PF office. Whereas I just need Joint declaration form attested by Accenture. So that I can submit it as a proof to my new organization
