Accenture India — No approval given to wfh from home town

I have been doing wfh from hyderabad location from march 20th 2020. Now the number of covid 19 cases are increasing i requested to wfh from my home town but my leads aren't approving it. They said to take leave and stay at my home town until situation gets better. I don't understand it's not a case where in situation gets better in a week. It might take another 2 to 3 months. How can they ask me to take leave for months together and not get paid. I am really stressed out about this. Is accenture going to take responsibility if i am tested positive to covid 19 because they are forcing me to stay at hyderabad rather than letting me to wfh in home town.
