Accenture India — No response from recruitment team since 4 months for candidate ID 1973381

I had my interview on july 31st, 2023 and i received a selection process task mail on august 21st, 2023. After small task rejections and corrections, i had an approval of all documents by aug 31st, 2023. But then i received this insufficiency task on my task list. I submitted that insufficiency task on the same day and waiting till now for the response. I raised so many tickets but the recruitment team still did not either approve or reject the current task and not going forward. I applied for the ase role and i have been having hopes for this position. I request sincerely the team of accenture recruitment to please let me go forward in the process.
