I got document verification form on 20th December for the ASE post. I have uploaded for all the mandatory field but after document submission I could not see my graduation details on the submitted form may be there is system error. I got approved for all tasks except education details. I didn't even get rejection for education details. What should I do now?

I have completed my interview and received a mail to upload my documents but if I click on the URL provided in the mail. There are no such options as to upload my documents.

Now I'm persuing the final BCA so that I don't get my 5th and 6th sem marks cards what can I do now?

I am getting blank screen while trying to upload documents in Accenture portal.
However I have received email to upload documents since the position is on hold and the interview is cleared.
Not able to reach HR for this neither got any response from the helpdesk.
Please help.
