Accenture India — Not responding for the applications for further processing

I didn't get any mail till now for further proceedings like upload the pan card.i have mailed so many times but there is no response. we should know that is our application is eligible or not right.if they didn't send any mail how would we know that application is eligible or not.who have applied with me all of them received a mail but y didn't I get a mail.
