Accenture India — Offer Letter accepted but not showing

I got selected in Accenture through on campus placement drive
I got the offer letter on 28th April 2022.
I accepted the offer but now when i opened the portal it is showing that "Since you didn't respond to the offer extended to you, Your offer is withdrawn"
I want to accept the offer as I really want this job.

Yes they replied that your problem is noted...we will to resolve it as soon as possible but they have not updated me with anything
