[Resolved] Accenture India — Offer letter did not received, Harassments, unprofessional behavior | ||
Country/Region: India Reference CID: C8822494 Frustrating and disappointing HR issues and Hiring Process, Offer letter did not received. I am writing this complaint about disappointing experience with Accenture recruitment process. After a long process over 3 months, finally Accenture hr confirm me that I have been selected for L9 -Program & Project Manager-Kolkata, I received an email from a hr @accenture.com on June 7th 2021, He sent me a mail to upload my documents over EAF portal, everything is done from my end, but was unable to submit the eaf form due to technical issue in the portal. So I requested couple of times to him & other hr to assist me, even I requested help from the support desk. Nobody helped me. Suddenly again hr called me and told they will send me the offer letter, I was waiting for the Offer letter as told by the HR. There is no update from HR neither over call nor over email for two weeks. Then again on 23rd June 2021 HR called me and told final round discussion will be held on 24th June 3 pm and I have successfully gave the ATCI Hirevue Interview on 24th June, suddenly after the interview I have received the mail that 'Unfortunately, your candidature has been put on hold as you haven't yet submitted the mandatory documents requested by us to process your candidature.' Whereas I have already summitted the documents and EAF form unable to submit due to technical error in the portal, so asked help from hr. but Nobody helped. So on 25th June again I have called saurabh [email protected] who was the coordinator, he said there is no vacancy for Kolkata. But I have been interviewed for the location Kolkata only. It is really unprofessional behavior made by the HR. Howcome a HR is calling a candidate and informing her about the selection without knowing the details. Howcome the interview taken thrice and get the repeated phone calls multiple times if there is no vacancy for the desire location. This is not a joke to harass the candidate where the HR team does not have any systematic way to hire. Please look into the matter. CID: C8822494 Was this information helpful? | ||
