Accenture India — pf account name change issue

Hi team,

Please be informed that i am facing issue for my surname change in pf account which is associated with accenture.

I got married and i wanted to change my surname in my pf account. According to the procedure its been updated in employers end however it’s still pending in pf account.

I have requested for surname change before 3 months and it’s still pending.

Regarding this i have also visited pf head office - bhikaji cama place. They gave suggested me to fill joint declaration form and get it attested from accenture and send it to bandra office maharashtra, they will make the changes then.

Request you to please confirm if i need to come to accenture office to attest joint declaration form - if yes when should i come.

I am in conversation with pf team since a month but no help till now.
