Hi Team,

This is really pathetic and worst from a company like Accenture where an EX employee is penalized by not being allowed to take a claim of his PF due to unemployment from 10th of Aug 2020 till date. Please find the attached Claim reject snapshot for your reference from the PF office stating an issue which needs to be resolved by the company. Please see the email trail below from the Social security team assuring update by Aug but till date having written to you, Iam still not getting this issue resolved from your end. Iam not able to manage my family due to loss of job from ACCENTURE from 10th of Aug and this PF money is my only way, I could sustain and that Iam not able to withdraw is creating chaos in my LIFE.

Please help to get this issue sorted out at the earliest.

Can you please advise the current status of this issue? Based on the previous resolution, Iam checking the current status and would like to know from your team whether I could apply for my PF claim and the same would be processed without any issues as Iam still not employed and would like to claim my entire PF without any problem. Please let me know the current update on this issue.

Kindly be informed that your pf claim was rejected due to EPS contributions related error in PF balance, hence pf office working on the merge of the PF and pension account and we are providing the support wherever required. After that employee will be intimated for re-submission. So kindly allow us time till the End of Next month -2021 for further updates.
We will share the mail communication to your email id, once this activity is completed from the pf office.
