I am an Ex-employee of Accenture ID[protected], Srinivasa Kumar Challagulla. I have submitted for online PF transfer and it got rejected due to below reason & the issue not solved from 3 years. Can you please do the need full.

This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number BANIV/E/2020/20056.
Following final decision has been arrived at: With reference to your application it is to inform you that as per this office record your monthly wages for PF deduction As per provisions of Employees Pension Scheme 1995 you are eligible for membership of Pension Scheme. But M/s. Accenture Solution Pvt Ltd had not extended the same to you and remitted contribution in pension fund. Entire share of employer contribution remitted in PF instead of bifurcating PF and EPS for your membership period. Hence your transfer claim was rejected. The matter has already been communicated to the establishment with a direction to submit clarification and request for correction in members account along with revised monthly returns in the form of monthly ECR. The reply from the establishment is awaited. The matter is pending with the establishment. Your claim will be settled only after receipt of requisite clarification and request letter for correction in your PF account with revised monthly ECR. Was this information helpful? |
