After multiple follow ups over numerous mail threads with Accenture India PF team (EB.socialsecurity), I am finally filing my complaint here to get some clarity regarding the pf transfer issue.
I exited from Accenture India in Feb-2021 and claimed for PF transfer in October 2021. The claim got rejected by the EPFO portal due to non-contribution of PF amount for 3 months from Accenture. Since then I have been chasing Accenture PF team for the resolution but it's been more than 2.5years now with no visible progress and false claims and ETA.
Since the issue lies with Accenture India with no fault of mine, I request the entire Accenture PF/HR team to take these PF transfer issues seriously and mitigate the actual reason properly for timely resolution.
