Accenture India — Provident Fund amount

Hi Team,

I was Ex Employee of Wipro and Currently working with Accenture. I have initiated the PF online transfer request with wipro and Courier signed form 13. After few days I got this below Email PF Transfer:

We wish to inform you that we have processed your PF transfer application and have transferred an amount of to your current employer PF office.

RPFC will further update the transfer credit to your current PF account. Since further action is lying with RPFC we will not be able to confirm on exact TAT. However, PF office may approximately take around 25-30 days for completing the transfer updation. In case the same is not completed in this span of time you may then reach out to your current organization HR to check the same with RPFC.

After that several Email has been send to Wipro Trust and Accenture Trust getting same reply. Please do the needful.

Why the RPFC taking so much time and I am unable to login to the PF passbook portal after login with UAN :[protected]
Getting the below error message :
Dear member your uan linked mobile is also linked with more than two uan. If those uans are yours then apply for transfer of old uan to present one. Please also update your uan with aadhaar linked mobile. All other online services are already through aadhaar linked mobile otp only. One member should have only one account and previous accounts should be transferred to present one. Passbook has your personal data and this is for security of your own data related to your provident fund

Not got any reply from Accenture in the UAN portal the Under Claim Status Rejected by field office 2 times Tracking ID :[protected],[protected]
Now again I have checked the Under Claim Status it is showing Accepted by employer - Pending at field office.

No updates from Accenture and RPFC and Wipro
There is no updates from Accenture I checked in UAN portal it shows this message Under Claim Status it is showing Accepted by employer - Pending at field office.

Please look into this issue why it is pending from last so many months.
Why the Claim Status is Rejected by field office now it is 3rd time it is rejected. Tracking ID :[protected].
I have submitted the form 31 to with draw the PF from Accenture got rejected Claim status : Claim Rejected not Eligible for Advance due to Insufficient Member Service Tracking ID :[protected]. Why I can't withdraw to buy the house make the downpayment I have given the reason. Again I have submitted to withdraw form 31 Tracking ID : [protected]
Please resolve the issue ASAP.
