Am an ex-employee of Accenture. I had submitted a PF transfer request through the manual process long back, but unfortunately, it has never been resolved.
Surprisingly, I even received an email from Accenture stating that my request was “resolved.” However, in reality, the PF transfer has not been successful, and my account status remains unchanged. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one from Accenture responds to my emails, which has caused long delays and great inconvenience.
I kindly request your immediate intervention to ensure my PF transfer is initiated and completed at the earliest.
