Am an ex-employee of Accenture. I had submitted a PF transfer request through the manual process long back, but unfortunately, it has never been resolved.
Surprisingly, I even received an email from Accenture stating that my request was “resolved.†However, in reality, the PF transfer has not been successful, and my account status remains unchanged. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one from Accenture responds to my emails, which has caused long delays and great inconvenience.
I kindly request your immediate intervention to ensure my PF transfer is initiated and completed at the earliest.
