Accenture India — Recruitment process and HR team unprofessionalism

CID# C8868191.
My Interview was scheduled on March 2nd and while the interview process there was issue with HireView app from both sides(disconnection issues).After 30 mins having few questions the interview told me that we can drop as she has another call and she will get this interview rescheduled.I insisted to take this over webex or teams however she denied.My last working day was 31st March I even told her that interview will not be rescheduled soon as per the feedbacks from ex employees.
I waited I dropped email with all details however no response from any HR.
after someday got auto mail that your interview is rescheduled on March 11, However I didn't receive any interview link to join, i dropped emails, called HRs however no response, called helpdesk they just telling wait, again after some day i got auto mail for 24 march which is today 11AM however no link provided, reaching out to HRs via emails and calls however no response,
This is very much frustrating unprofessional and annoying as well.

They are not responding to any of my emails, no one responding an trying to address or even understand the concern despite of more than 15 mails with all details more than 10 HRs in cc.

I am afraid this is genuine recruitment from Accenture or some kind of mock thing.

There is no escalation matrix to escalate,
What this HR team is doing I am not sure however please dont waste others time to make them wait if you dont want to take interview tell them directly.Be professional,

Is this the value Accenture drives??
I have friends and cousins in Accenture and all are saying the same for the HR team.

This is really irresponsible, I hope management do something on this.I can list out all the names of the HR whom i have reached out even my POC is not responding to my emails.

Kindly take this on high priority as this is really alarming!!!

I had received my offer letter but for opening the offer letter my mobile number which i given for verification was wrong i raised query but no one responded now i can't able to download my offer letter can anyone help me for downloading the offer letter please.
