Accenture India — Rejection of the Agra University before Alignment of interview rounds

I have applied for uw profile in Accenture just two weeks ago and they have hold my resume when I have been asked them about the procedure the HR told me that we can not hire you as your resume got rejected and we have a company policy due to which ur Agra university is blacklisted in Accenture. Even if you have done graduation from any of the colg of the Agra university she said yes u can't apply for any job in future. How the Accenture can blacklist the whole university including every colg of that university I have received CID I'd now they have told me that my university is blacklisted why the company is spoiling the career of the candidature like us this is very bad 👎 policy of Accenture and I'm feeling so bad and disappointed bcz of the criteria of this Accenture this is completely not acceptable. How they can blacklist the whole university including every reputed colg of that university which if affiliated from the UGC. This is so bad and Accenture should change this.
