Accenture India — Removal of existing application

Whenever I am trying to apply a job in Accenture portal it is showing as your profile is already exists. I didn't even attended the interview. Still it is showing interview is in process from 6 months. I am unable to apply other jobs Because of this already existing application. Please remove my existing application from portal.
