Accenture India — Remove accenture account from database

Please delete my CID from your database and also the account from accenture because if this am not able to apply for any jobs with you, please do the needful

There was two similar account created with my name but with the different email id's it's creating a conflict one of my well wisher referred me to a job because of this conflict it's not taking the referral could you please help in deleting both of my account Thank you!
