Hello, I had resigned from my position in Accenture but pulled it back 15 days prior to the last working day.
I revoked considering the promises that I would be getting hike in next upraisal and that career level change is ahead. I was asked to send an email of resignation pullback to my reporting manager which I did the same way I was instructed. Due to my grandmother's demise I could join office and was working from home thinking manager has taken care of the pullback and all. The day I joined back was the date of my last working day but since I revoked I was not thinking about it as manager took care of it, surprisingly my ID card access and laptop access were removed and HR team made it my last working day and which was not the case. I revoked way back and decided to stay in the organization. My salary I will not be getting which is because if the fault of management and Accenture is instead working on my rejoin process as a new joinee discarding my rights at workplace and the tenure I served. I need to address this so that a serious action can be taken it is afterall not going as promised and I don't give rights to the company and management to play with my career.
